Biography

Suzanne Fitzpatrick is a leading international scholar on homelessness and related forms of extreme disadvantage including poverty, destitution, begging, domestic violence, and complex support needs. She is Poverty Commissioner for Scotland and has chaired expert review panels that have shaped homelessness legislation in England, Scotland and Wales.
