Biography
Ms Yu Duan’s main research interests lie in corporate finance, sustainable finance, artificial intelligence, and textual analysis. Her PhD thesis examines the relationship between corporate governance structures and the tone of sustainability narratives. It ultimately seeks to assess how these narratives influence firms’ performance. This research has significant industry and policy implications, aiming to address the growing skepticism about the link between sustainability initiatives and corporate performance.
