Biography

Tom is an Assistant Professor of Business Performance at Edinburgh Business School and the founder and director of the Practice Excellence Network (PEN). PEN facilitates experiential learning and knowledge exchange by connecting students, businesses, and researchers. It builds a collaborative talent pool to address organisational capability gaps.

PEN’s mission is to align academic talent with business needs to drive practice excellence by identifying critical capability gaps and developing actionable strategies to address them.
