Biography
Chuks' research examines how senior executives lead successful digital transformation within UK organisations. The study explores leadership behaviours, strategic decision-making processes, and cultural conditions influencing the success or failure of transformation programmes, using qualitative evidence from senior executives.
It aims to create a leadership assessment framework that practitioners can apply, addressing a research gap that has focused mainly on technology rather than the executive leadership conditions influencing outcomes. The findings will help organisations select, develop, and deploy senior leaders for transformation, providing boards and executives with a clearer basis for essential leadership decisions.
