Project title - Leadership Drivers of Digital Transformation Success: Insights from UK-Based Senior Executives Navigating Organisational and Technological Change.
Chuks' research examines how the leadership behaviour and practices of UK-based senior executives shape whether UK digital transformations convert into intended business outcomes. The study draws qualitative evidence directly from senior executives to address a gap in the literature: most existing research relies on survey methods, concentrates on US settings, and rarely studies the executive level as the unit of analysis.
The findings will produce a leadership assessment framework that boards and executives can use to evaluate transformation readiness and build the leadership capability that determines whether change takes hold.
Background
Chuks has two decades of experience in enterprise optimisation across various sectors, currently overseeing AI transformation at ADNOC via a consulting firm. He co-founded DecIQ® , which focuses on Operational Decision Governance® for capital-intensive operators. He holds an MBA from the University of Hull and concurrent BScs from the University of Lagos and the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
