Biography

Under the guidance of Dr Gowrie Vinayan, Aaron's research focuses on the healthcare supply chain (HSC) in Qatar, examining disrup-ons, resilience, key performance indicators (KPIs), and cri-cal success factors (CSFs). The study aims to assess the impact of KPIs and CSFs on HSC resilience amid disrup-ons by gathering in-depth informa-on from stakeholders. Through a review of the current literature and industry prac-ces, Aaron aims to devise a comprehensive framework highligh-ng essen-al themes and paOerns for a more resilient healthcare supply chain in Qatar.

Aaron is an accomplished professional with over 10 years in the healthcare industry, currently serving as a Business Manager - Projects and Contracts at the National Ambulance Service within Hamad Medical Corporation in Doha, Qatar. In his role, Aaron manages various aspects of the supply chain, procurement, and contracts management, developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, overseeing vendor and supplier relationships, and ensuring seamless end-to-end supply chain processes. Aaron also holds several credentials along with his MSc, such as CMILT, CProfSCM, CSM, and CPPM, and is committed to staying updated on industry developments and professional growth.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mar Ivanios College, Kerala, India, Master's degree (MSc) in Finance and Management from Heriot-Watt University
