Ms Denise Thomas

Denise is the Europe, Middle East and Africa Regional Chief Operating Officer at T. Rowe Price. She is a director of T. Rowe Price International Limited and a member of the Europe, Middle East and Africa Executive Management Committee.
Biography
Denise's financial services experience began in 1999 at Standard Life Investments, where she was employed in a variety of operational and finance function roles, latterly as Chief Operating Officer of the investment division. Prior to that, she was a management consultant specialising in business process, re-engineering and systems implementation. Denise started her career working in the utility industry as an internal auditor and financial systems manager.
Along with her fellow volunteers, Denise was awarded the Queens Award for Voluntary Service in 2019.
Denise has served on the boards of multiple financial services companies and has sat on several advisory boards for global financial services companies. She has spent over 25 years in the highly regulated financial services industry.
Denise is a charity trustee and director.
Denise has a Bachelor of Arts Accountancy and Finance (with Distinction) from Heriot-Watt University and is a qualified chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
Denise is a keen sports fan, especially of football (she is a Hibernian FC season ticket holder) and Formula One.
