Alan Somerville is a senior advisor and non-executive with expertise in real estate, sustainability, energy and governance.
Biography
Alan has more than 30 years of experience in real estate investment, development and infrastructure, including senior roles at Tritax Big Box REIT and Cushman & Wakefield. At Cushman & Wakefield, he led the Energy, Infrastructure and Sustainability team for EMEA, advising investors, owners and occupiers on building performance, resilience and long-term value. He has also worked with major real estate and investment platforms on the integration of sustainability and energy strategy
Alan brings board-level experience from advisory and non-executive roles spanning the charitable, property and investment sectors, including as a Board Member of Carr Gomm. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
His wider interests ideally combine travelling and food with some live music.
