Biography
Dr Ritu Sehgal holds a doctorate in Organisational Behaviour. Her current teaching interests revolve around instructional design, the utilisation of technology and digital tools in the classroom, and blended learning as a pedagogical approach. She teaches courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Leadership, Business Skills, Research Methods, and Human Resource Management. Dr Sehgal is enthusiastic about mentoring students in entrepreneurship and innovation and actively participates in addressing diversity, equity, and inclusion issues within the workplace.
Dr Ritu Sehgal’s research interests encompass transformational leadership, change management, and the resilience of SME business owners.
