Biography

Dr Jais Adam‑Troian is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the Dubai Campus, where he teaches social psychology across the undergraduate curriculum. His academic work centres on the psychological processes underlying radical attitudes in a broad sense, including political violence, misinformation, and conspiracy beliefs. He also specialises in designing and evaluating interventions aimed at preventing or mitigating these forms of radicalisation. His teaching and research integrate social, political, and behavioural science perspectives to better understand how individuals form extreme beliefs and how societies can respond effectively.
