Biography
Dr Clemens Mielke is a Provost Fellow at Heriot‑Watt University Dubai. He joined academia after more than a decade of corporate experience in a variety of HR roles and specialises in Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, and related fields. He teaches across business and management subjects with a focus on people‑centred organisational practices.
