This masterclass brings together experts from across the Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) sector to provide a clear and accessible introduction to the science, technologies and workforce challenges shaping this fast-growing field.

The masterclass is hosted by Dr Mijndert van der Spek, Course Leader for Heriot-Watt University’s online Carbon Dioxide Removal from a Systems Perspective course, whose research focuses on assessing the real-world performance, costs and policy relevance of carbon capture and removal technologies.
