‘Should auld acquaintance be forgot….’
Ae Fond Kiss bring the story of Robert Burns to the stage with a talented cast of actors and musicians. Rabbie is your guide with quirky commentary, amusing and poignant interactions with key characters along the way, and renditions of several famous poems and songs including Ae Fond Kiss, Red Red Rose, Auld Lang Syne and many more. The show is a great way to get to know more about the life and loves of Scotland’s Bard either as a refresher to his work or as a newcomer to his genius.
At turns genuinely funny and powerfully moving it is always thoroughly entertaining. (View from the Stalls).
There are three performances:
- Saturday 31 October, 14.00
- Sunday 1 November, 14.00
- Sunday 1 November, 19.00
