The Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Information Systems with Data Analytics programme is intended to provide students with a strong grasp of information systems while also increasing their competence in data analytics. The curriculum emphasises the critical skills of data collection, management, and analysis, ensuring that students can handle and analyse data efficiently. The programme trains graduates to face real-world commercial and technological challenges by developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, this degree seeks to generate professionals who are prepared to flourish in data-driven decision-making jobs across a variety of industries.

We have standard entry requirements for all of our courses that you will have to meet.
Year 1
- Heriot-Watt University Malaysia Foundation in Science or Business: CCCC
- A-Level: BCC
- STPM: GPA 2.33 for 3 subjects
- UEC: 16 points (5 subjects not less than B grade)
- IB Diploma: 26 points for 6 subjects
- WACE/SACE: ATAR 70
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma: 70%
- Foundation: CGPA 2.67 (further assessment is required)
- China Senior High School Graduation Certificate: 80%
- India Senior School Certificate/Class XII: 70%
- Indonesia SMA 3: 70%
Note:
In addition to the entry requirements listed above, applicants must have grade C in Mathematics at SPM/ IGCSE or equivalent. This requirement can be waived if applicants have obtained at least grade pass in Mathematics at a higher level.
