Profile
One of my most memorable moments at Heriot-Watt was during the Business Negotiation course. Our professor divided the class into two groups, each with hidden data ranges that we had to negotiate. My classmates were seasoned business professionals. I was genuinely mesmerized by how they navigated every conversation, with confidence and precision. It was in that moment I truly witnessed the value of human skill, the kind of intelligence and intuition that no technology can ever replicate. It reminded me that while data may guide decisions, it is people who give those decisions meaning and purpose.
I chose to pursue my MBA at Heriot-Watt because it’s a respected university with a strong global reputation. But what I appreciated most was its practical and engaging learning environment. Every discussion with classmates from different industries offered new perspectives and challenged me to think in ways I never had before. The professors were also incredibly supportive and approachable, they always made the classroom feel comfortable and encouraged us to express our ideas with confidence.
The MBA empowered me to understand what true professionalism and human capability mean. Coming from a marketing and research background, I used to focus on ideas and data. But through this programme, I learned how to connect those ideas and data with strategy and purpose. Learning alongside experienced professors and classmates who are professionals helped me see how knowledge can be applied with clarity and discipline to create meaningful outcomes. It’s changed the way I work. Now I’m more confident in turning insights into actionable decisions that bring real impact to my team and organisation.
I am a proud Heriot-Watt University graduate because this journey has shaped the way I think, lead, and create value through every action I take.
