Coming from Kerala, I wanted to study abroad somewhere that felt like home, with warm people, good food, and a comfortable climate. Malaysia ticked all the boxes. I chose Heriot-Watt University Malaysia because it is a globally recognised UK university offering world-class education in Asia.
My experience has been amazing. Classes are interactive, and although the assessments were different from India, supportive lecturers made the transition easier. The biggest highlight has been growing independent and stepping out of my comfort zone. I have gained confidence, lifelong friends, and the ability to adapt, lead, and thrive anywhere.
