Daphne Lim

Daphne Lim is an Assistant Professor cum Honours Year Coordinator for Business Management Undergraduate Programme at Edinburgh Business School, School of Social Sciences, Heriot-Watt University Malaysia.

She is also an ordinary member of Malaysia Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM) and a certified PSMB trainer. Her research specialization includes career development, human resource development, human relations and employee well-being.

Background

Prior to joining Heriot-Watt University Malaysia, Daphne has been teaching and involved in academic administration in a few private Higher Institutions of Learning in Malaysia. In addition, she was experienced to conduct corporate training for managers and executives. Before joining the academia, she was also a HR practitioner in leading and administrating workforce in the health care, education and other service industries.
