Lean Six Sigma provides organisations with a systematic approach to enhance profitability and overall business performance, as well as improving their productivity and customer satisfaction.

Any business process can benefit from Lean Six Sigma methodology, when properly applied and sustained. This is relevant to multiple areas of business, including operations, services, manufacturing, design, purchasing and human resources, for example.

Duration: 4 x 2.5 hour sessions
Cost: £500

A Yellow Belt will be able to demonstrate an understanding of processes by using the simple tools and techniques of Lean and Six Sigma to gather data, participate in problem solving teams, and add their personal experiences to the exploration process of a Six Sigma project.
