Taught using principles applicable to quantity surveying across many industrial sectors, the degreee provides graduates with a strong and in-depth knowledge of the subject area.

January entrants
Students starting the programme in January should note that it runs full-time for 2 semesters (12 months) + dissertation (February to April, 3 months) (total 16 months), or part-time runs for 4 semesters (24 months) + dissertation (March to August, 6 months) (total 30 months).
Students enrolling for the January intake programmes are not required to be be on campus during the summer break.
Your student experience
This programme is accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the UAE and the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) in the United Kingdom.
The programme is accredited by both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
On successful completion of the MSc in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying, graduates may apply for RICS membership. Following the successful completion of the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) graduate members will achieve full chartered status.

We have standard entry requirements for all of our courses that you will have to meet.
For MSc entry, a good relevant Honours degree (first or second class) or equivalent overseas qualifications will be considered.
