Oversight of Theme Activity
The HWU Enhancement Theme activity is overseen by an Institutional Team. This group will meet a minimum of once per semester for the duration of the Theme. This team includes staff from across the University including the Dubai and Malaysia campus, as well as the Deputy Principal (Learning and Teaching) and the Head of Academic Quality.
The main functions of the Institutional Team are to:
- Collectively develop the annual institutional Plan and oversee the implementation of the plan;
- Coordinate HWU activity related to the Enhancement Theme
- Act as ambassadors and key contacts for the Enhancement Theme activities across the University
- Identify appropriate projects to receive Enhancement Theme Funding
- Report regularly to UCLT on Enhancement Theme activities
