4. Microsoft 365
As a Heriot-Watt University student or member of staff, you have free access to Microsoft 365.
Microsoft 365 includes Outlook for your email; Word, PowerPoint and Excel for documents, presentations and workbooks; Teams for online meetings or classes and OneDrive for storing files.
Log into Microsoft 365 with your HWU email and password and follow the Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) when prompted.
You can install Microsoft 365 on Windows and Mac desktops or laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
Go to the "Apps" section on left hand side, and then click on the "Install apps" button in the top right hand corner and follow the instructions.
