Mental Health and stress awareness
November 2019, Week 8
Our enjoyable and interactive mental health and stress awareness event highlights the importance of positive mental health at university. By talking to other people, exercising, and eating healthily our attitude can become more positive allowing us to manage stressful situations – like assessments – more effectively.
Assessment checklist launch
December 2019, Week 12
Whether it is your first or final year at university, you may benefit from some help in the build-up to exams and assessments. The Student Success Advisors have created an Assessment Checklist that can be a useful guide to what to do before and during an assessment.
