The purpose of the Vacancy Management Group (VMG) is to review and make decisions on requested staff appointments in accordance with the University's aim to manage its human resources and to ensure that these are aligned appropriately to the University's strategic and operational plans.

Meeting dates

The Vacancy Management Group meets on a fortnightly basis normally on a Monday morning, though on occasion the meeting will be held on a preceding Friday. The forthcoming schedule of meetings can be confirmed by Human Resources.
