To register your place at an Offer Holder Day, please select your subject area and preferred date from the schedule of events below. Please note that you can only book one subject area per date. However, if you are holding an offer for more than one subject area then you are welcome to book a second date. Alternatively, please email us at studentrecruitment@hw.ac.uk if you would like any assistance.  Please remember to add any guests at time of booking.

February and March events programme overview
Time Activity
12.30-13.30 A range of general information stands will be available in the James Watt Centre before the Welcome session commences so you have the option to speak with staff on a one-to-one basis about various aspects of student life at Heriot-Watt.
13.30–14.30 Make your way into the auditorium shortly before 1.30pm for the Welcome and Introduction to Heriot-Watt session.  This will include a series of general information presentations covering various aspects of student life at Heriot-Watt including the Student Union, Sports Union, Accommodation, Student Wellbeing and Go Global Study Abroad.
14.30–17.00 (approx.) At 2.30pm, academic staff will collect their subject area groups from the James Watt Centre and you will now visit your academic department to find out more information about your chosen degree course. Some subject areas may also include tours of the relevant academic facilities.  Please ask many questions!
Between 16.00-18.00 Finally, we will also be offering optional Campus Tours and Accommodation Tours, which will depart regularly from the James Watt Centre from 4pm. The last tours will depart around 5.15pm.
