All undergraduate students are offered a fixed 40 week contract. Dates for academic year 2024/2025 are from 31 August 2024 - 07 June 2025.

Large single rooms with 3/4 sized beds, private en-suite shower rooms. Large kitchen/lounge shared by 5 students.
