Undergraduate self-catered rooms, en suite, shared flat of 5 (new halls)
We recognise how important good quality student accommodation is. That is why we have invested a further £20 million and opened brand new contemporary student accommodation in September 2016. These halls, along with our existing new hall, Christina Miller, mean that around one third of our student accommodation on campus is state of the art with large rooms, larger beds and modern contemporary living spaces.
Rooms are around 15 square metres in size. In addition, these rooms benefit from significantly more kitchen/living space per student.
|Room type||Cost per week||Contract length||Cost per tenancy|
|Self-catered rooms, en suite||£161.00||40 weeks||£6440.00|
