Brazil

  • Yasmin Biondo Verdini: Yasmin, from Brazil, studied Civil Engineering and is now an intern at Engecorps Engenharia. She spent a year at Heriot-Watt’s Edinburgh Campus as part of the study abroad program

Canada

  • Andrew Marshall: Andrew, from Canada studied an MSc Real Estate Investment and Finance. He now works at Standard Life Investments in Toronto as Vice President Investment Solutions.

Gambia

  • Baboucarr Sallah: Baboucarr Sallah, from the Gambia, studied an MSc in International Finance and Economic Development. He received a Chevening Scholarship.

Ghana

  • Adwoa Aboagye: Adwoa, from Ghana, studied a Msc. in Construction Project Management in the in the School of Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure and Society. She graduated in June 2011. 
  • Nana Denkye Appiah-Nuamah: Nana, from Ghana, studied Reservoir Evaluation and Management in the Institute of Petroleum Engineering. She graduated in 2012.
  • Benjamin Sakyiama Agyarko: Benjamin, from Ghana, studied Project Management. He graduated in 2011 and is currently working with Barclays Bank of Ghana Ltd as a Project Manager.
  • Enyo O Megbenu: Enyo, from Ghana, studied Real Estate Investment and Finance in the School of Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure and Society. He graduated in 2010.

Nigeria

  • Chinemelu Anthony Nwosu: Tony, from Nigeria, studied Chemical Engineering with Energy Engineering in the School of Engineering and Physical Sciences. He graduated in 2014.
  • Nonye Ajator: Nonye, from Nigeria, studied International Business Management with HRM in the School of Management and Languages. She graduated in 2013.
  • Dubamo Ebigba Aginighan: Dubamo, from Nigeria, studied Oil and Gas Technology in the School of Engineering and Physical Sciences. He graduated in 2015.

Norway

  • Silje-Kristine Larsen: Sije, from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, studied Business Management and Chemistry courses at our Edinburgh campus for a semester as part of the study abroad programme

USA

  • Davis Miller: Davis from Massachusetts, USA, studied Chemical Engineering at our Edinburgh Campus for a semester. Davis travelled from the University of Massachusetts as part of the Study Abroad programme

Zambia

  • Mwamba Mutale: Mwamba, from Zambia, studied Climate Change: Impacts and Mitigation in the School of Life Sciences. He graduated in 2016.
