Esinath holds a PhD in Accounting & Finance from the University of Essex and an MSc in Accounting & Finance from Stirling University. She holds a PGCE from Anglia Polytechnic University and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Esinath is an affiliate member of the ACCA. She has worked briefly in Banking, the Railways and has lectured in both FE and HE institutions in Zimbabwe and the UK.
