The Risk & Project Management Strategy Group reports directly to the University Executive which is University’s primary management decision making body.
It’s responsibilities are as follows:
- To review and advise on the University’s risk management policy and processes for managing and reporting risk.
- To make recommendations and report to the University Executive and the Audit & Risk Committee as appropriate.
- To oversee the annual review of the effectiveness of risk management and report the outcomes to the University Executive and the Audit & Risk Committee.
