The Risk and Project Management Strategy Group reports directly to the University Executive, which is the University’s primary management decision making body.
Its responsibilities are as follows:
- to review and advise on the University’s risk management policy and processes for managing and reporting risk
- to make recommendations and report to the University Executive and the Audit and Risk Committee as appropriate
- to oversee the annual review of the effectiveness of risk management and report the outcomes to the University Executive and the Audit and Risk Committee
