The Remuneration Committee reviews and determines salary and other remuneration, including performance reward payments and conditions of service, of the most senior management staff of the University and deals with any other relevant remunerations matters which may be referred to the Committee by the Court.  The Remuneration Committee reports to the Court providing information on the decisions made in relation to the salaries and conditions of service, and the capture of data and other information that were used to inform the Committee’s decision.
