Ann is Data Protection Officer and Head of Heritage and Information Governance which provides advice on Data Protection, information security, records management and Freedome of Information. Heritage and Information Governance preserves the University's unique heritage and encourages everyone to visit the University Museum and Archive and Textile Collection.

James Richards is the Chair of Heriot-Watt University's Research Ethics Committee and is also actively involved in managing research ethics in the School of Social Sciences. James teaches research ethics on a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes throughout the University.

John Sanders is an Associate Professor in Management in the School of Social Sciences at Heriot-Watt University. He teaches leadership to postgraduate students and strategic management courses to both undergraduate and post-graduate students.
