Information Services supports the research, learning, teaching and administrative activities of students and staff across the University by providing effective and integrated IT, Audio Visual and Library services, either directly or through external partners.
Our Service Catalogue provides an overview of the services we provide, their offerings, their scope of use, associated costs and the funding models that finance them.
For ease of use we have grouped our services under three key business streams, these being
- Learning and Teaching
- Administration and Operational
Under each business stream we have divided our services into service streams, with all services appearing under a stream having a common thread.
Our Service Catalogue is currently in its early development stage with content being added and updated on a regular basis. As part of our service catalogue improvement process we greatly value our customers feedback on its layout, presentation and relevance of the information it contains and abilty to find the information required.
