Business Continuity Planning (BCP) allows the University's activities to continue and manage the impact on the University's schools and services in the short to medium term in the event of an incident occurring.
BCP arrangements focus on the assessment of the impact to the relevant schools and services of a loss of one or more of five key resources (people, buildings, systems, data, suppliers/partners) and plans assist senior management in putting in place temporary measures to limit the impact of loss of key resources whilst longer term solutions are found.
The University's BCP arrangements are currently undergoing a significant review and refresh in early 2018 and these pages will be updated with the results of that review and refresh in due course.
Robust procedures remain in place to deal with emergency incidents at all campuses.
