Watt an Inspiration

2019 marks the bi-centennial of James Watt’s death. Find out about the legacy of the father of the industrial revolution by visiting the Watt an Inspiration exhibition in the Museum. A desk top photocopier along with a piece of his aunt’s wedding dress from 1745 made from Hugenot silk.
The display will run until the end of August and the museum is open from 10am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and is located on the ground floor of the Cameron Smail Library.
