Responsible Innovation in Practice
- Edinburgh Campus
Responsible Innovation is a framework that aims to connect academia with the real world via collaborative development of research into innovations that will have a positive impact on society. In this 2-hour interactive session, researchers will learn about what Responsible Innovation is and how using the framework will help them successfully bridge the divide from research to impact by being open to research questions and collaborations that are likely to steer them in a slightly different direction to where they originally intended.
Researchers will learn what responsible innovation is, and discuss tangible tools that will help them embed responsible innovation into their research careers as they progress, which will guide them along their own pathways towards societal impact.
