Build a MECar workshop
- Malaysia Campus
Thinking of becoming an Engineer? Here’s your chance to sample what it’s like to be one.
Join our MECaR workshop. In this workshop, participants are expected to design and construct a small-scale vehicle powered by chemical reactions. The chemical reactions will generate electricity to power up an electric motor for mobility. The car designed will incorporate 3D printed parts, and constrained by size while using “green” energy.
The workshop involves hands-on design and construction of a 3D printed mini car powered by complex chemical process reaction to a tight schedule with a fixed budget.

Who should join?
17 to 18 years old thinking about joining a pre-university programme.
