The holy month of Ramadan is an excellent reminder of the value of building rapport with others based on mutual trust and respect. In the spirit of Muhibbah, Heriot-Watt University Malaysia hosted a special iftar session with the media at Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur as a gesture of goodwill and appreciation for their dedication, commitment, and continuous support of Heriot-Watt University Malaysia.
This event aims to strengthen our relationship with the media, who have contributed considerably to growing our community. Our Provost and CEO, Professor Mushtak Al-Atabi, hosted the iftar with our top management members and school representatives. Among the media who attended were representatives from Astro Awani, Bernama TV, FMT (Free Malaysia Today), Biztech Asia, Business News, News Hub Asia, Latest Malaysia, RTM, New Straits Times, and more.
