The University recognises that there are times when the scheduling of special events such as graduations, and travelling/working away from the normal place of work, requires colleagues to work beyond their normal working pattern. 

HR has produced a guidance document to help managers and colleagues to agree reasonable time back following specific work events or travel.

A more detailed policy, outlining managing expectations and working time will be developed later, to encompass different working patterns, requirements and timing of events across all our campuses.
