Heriot-Watt's award-winning Graduation Choir is gearing up to take to the stage ahead of this week's graduations.

But for four members of the 12-strong singing group, the ceremonies hold a very special meaning.

Karen Craigie,  David Norris, Fraser Sharp and James Henderson are all due to graduate throughout the week.

The choir perform at the graduations twice annually to help students, families and friends celebrate.

But this year is extra special for the top team of musicians.

Steve King, Director of Music at Heriot-Watt said: “The Graduation Choir is always delighted to be involved in the graduation ceremonies, but we'll be having a double celebration this year.

“Well done to the four members of the group, who will be graduating – it's a fantastic achievement and the whole choir will be cheering them on from the side-lines.”
