The Heriot-Watt marketing team has been recognised as amongst the best in the UK in the annual HEIST Awards. These prestigious awards, now in their 27th year, are considered the ‘Oscars' of education marketing. The Heriot-Watt team was awarded Bronze in the hotly contested Marketing Team of the Year category where they were recognised for delivering excellent results and exceptional value for money with modest resources.
The panel of expert judges recognised the exceptional work required to develop and launch the University's refreshed brand and website last year, major tasks for any university team, and also praised the quality of the work. The award also recognised the work delivered by colleagues in Media Services and Communications with colleagues across our global University helping to ensure these critical strategic projects were delivered on time and to budget.
