MA (Hons) Accountancy and Finance graduate Momina Afzal has been selected to take part in the year-long e7, Daughters of the Emirates, الإمارات بنات, initiative.
e7 Daughters of the Emirates, الإمارات بنات, is a flagship programme from Promise of a Generation (POAG) and delivers a development experience and life-long network for young women in the UAE, as well as benefits for the wider UAE community.
Momina says “I feel extremely content every time I am able to represent my University nationally and internationally and am honored to have been chosen amongst the five women representing the Emirate of Dubai.
"This opportunity will not only enhance my leadership skills and network but also fulfill my dream to be able to serve the community. It is a promising initiative that allows women to be socially responsible by hard work, team-work, coordination, learning and most importantly exposure. I am really looking forward to representing myself, my University and my Emirate in the e7 Daughters of the Emirates, الإمارات بنات, 2017-2018."
