The Dubai Campus has hosted 140 pupils from 29 high schools across the UAE as part of the University's 2017 Computer Programme Challenge.

The School of Mathematical and Computer Sciences set the students a range of challenges to test their skills as well as increase their awareness, interest and enthusiasm in computer programming.

“Year after year the number of schools and students participating has grown, demonstrating that pupils are increasingly interested in developing computer programming skills. It also shows the desire of schools to put STEM initiatives at the centre of their curricula.”
