The 2016 Moscow graduation ceremony has taken place at the British Ambassador's Residence in Moscow with University Vice-Principal Professor Julian Jones presiding over the ceremony
Since 2003, each October this graduation ceremony has been held in Moscow for students who complete a programme of study from Heriot-Watt University Institute of Petroleum Engineering via Tomsk Polytechnic University and Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas.
More than 50 graduates received award classifications in MSc Petroleum Engineering, MSc Reservoir Evaluation and Management and Applied Petroleum Geoscience at the ceremony, with over 700 Russian students having now graduated with Heriot-Watt MSc degrees or Postgraduate Diplomas/Certificates at these ceremonies to date.
