Kathryn Johnstone, a 4th year Sport and Exercise Science student and Sports Scholar, won two gold medals and a silver medal at the British Universities and Colleges Sports Short Course Championships.
The competition took place in Sheffield from 15 to 16 November.
Kathryn came first in 100m and 200m Breaststroke and second in the 50m Breaststroke event.
She said "This is my penultimate meet as a representative of Heriot-Watt and I really wanted to come here and collect some medals for the University. I was also defending champion so I am pleased to return with two Golds and a Silver."
Kathryn is a Heriot-Watt sports scholar. She said of the scheme, "Without its support I would struggle to continue with my studies whilst training and competing."
Kathryn's next goal is to qualify for Rio 2016 Olympics
