Professor Paxton gives invited lecture

Professor Roland Paxton, of the School of the Built Environment,  was invited to give a  lecture on behalf of the University and Institution of Civil Engineers this month.

The lecture, on Scotland's historical engineering landmarks and their significance, took place  at the Danish Society of Engineers, Kalvebod Brygge.

The lecture was structured on Scottish transport infrastructure landmarks with emphasis on conservation and developments during the Industrial Revolution.
