NSS winners receive their prizes

Howard Walker receives his prize from Deputy Principal Professor John Sawkins

The lucky winners of the National Student Survey prize draws have been announced.

The students were randomly chosen from departments which had a response rate of over 70%. The prizes included  £50 and £100 cash prizes and graduation ball tickets.

Some of the winners were presented with their prizes by Professor John Sawkins, Deputy Principal (Learning and Teaching), at an event in May.

The NSS closed in April, with over 1,000 final year students having shared their opinion and and a final Heriot-Watt response rate of 80.2%.
