MSc gains accreditation

The  Heriot-Watt University MSc in Quantitative Financial Risk Management (QFRM) has   been granted full accreditation by the Professional Risk Managers' International Association (PRMIA).

The PRMIA Risk Accreditation Program is designed to identify and endorse university degree programmes that prepare candidates for careers as professional risk managers.

Under the new accreditation arrangement, students completing  the Heriot-Watt  QFRM degree, at the appropriate standard, will be eligible for exemption from PRMIA's Professional Risk Manager Certification (PRM „¢) Exams I and II, which form a major part of the PRM „¢ certification program, the global standard for the world's top financial risk professionals.

Heriot-Watt  is one of only a select few universities to benefit from this arrangement. Visit here for more information.
