Heriot-Watt University Dubai Campus will welcome Lord Green, the UK Minister of State for Trade and Investment, to officially open the second state-of-the-art phase of its campus this Sunday.
Lord Green will meet Professor Steve Chapman, Principal and Vice-Chancellor, Heriot-Watt University and Professor Ammar Kaka, Head of Heriot-Watt University Dubai Campus and will be given a tour of the new development.

The latest development features on-campus accommodation along with a variety of other student services such as an auditorium accommodating 700 people, a food court, coffee area, shop and beauty salon.
Lord Green will deliver a keynote speech during his appearance at the Dubai Campus.
Principal and Vice-Chancellor, Professor Steve Chapman, said, "We will be delighted to welcome Lord Green to the new development as we embark on the latest chapter of our journey.
"The Dubai Campus, with its 3500 students across a variety of disciplines, is of great importance to Heriot-Watt University's international expansion.

Heriot-Watt Dubai Campus started in Dubai International Academic City in 2005 and its state-of-the-art campus was opened in November 2011 by Scotland's First Minister, Alex Salmond.
