The Worshipful Company of Actuaries
The Worshipful Company of Actuaries, a Livery Company , was established in 1979 to support and promote the actuarial profession, members of which are deeply involved in the Financial Services Industry all over the world. Through their charitable trust, they help and support education in the area of mathematics.
Our BSc in Actuarial Science is one of only a few to be accredited by the UK actuarial profession. Good performance means exemptions from professional examinations (CT1-CT8), giving prospective actuaries an advantage over those on other mathematics programmes.
