The Forum started with keynotes delivered by Mark Prisk MP, the UK Minister for Business and Enterprise, and Xiaoming Zhou, Economic & Commercial Minister Counsellor from the Chinese Embassy in the UK, followed by three panels, including the Science & Energy Panel organised by the UC4G project to discuss efficient energy use strategies and solutions.
