Roles and responsibilities
Ayman William Hermansson is an Assistant Professor with the School of Engineering and Physical Sciences, where he is coordinator of the Chemical Engineering Programme.
He’s currently teaching Process Industries C, Process Modelling and Control and Unit Operations A as well as being involved in some of the project based courses.

Ayman holds an International Diploma in Environmental Technology from Imperial College, United Kingdom and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering with Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden. He holds the Professional Engineering title Eur Ing awarded by the EU body FEANI. He is currently pursuing a PhD with Universiti Putra Malaysia in the field of process control, concentrating on fast nonlinear model predictive control. Ayman has over 10 years of teaching experience in engineering programmes.
